Abrasive sounds and a frantic rhythm express malaise and lack of self-confidence. Accutane, originally a heavy treatment for acne, becomes here an outlet, a way of reappropriating one’s body after the turbulence of adolescence.

The video, directed by Simon Masson and Raphaël Dagnet, accompanies the track. The raw images and disjointed editing evoke the multiple facets of the treatment: psychedelic, unstructured shots convey the physical derealization syndrome and side effects of this heavy acne treatment. The body changes, escapes control – so we might as well learn to accept it.
